How to embed a form into a web page
Adding forms to your website can increase your online presence and make your business more accessible.Building a beautiful, intuitive, and helpful form is easy.
Step 1. Create your form
Login to your MightyForms dashboard, then:
- Select an existing form from your dashboard
- Create a new form from scratch
- Select one of the Templates
- or Transfer an existing Form
Now that you've created your awesome new form using MightyForms, you'll want to share it with your audience.
You can share your form on social media or a direct link, embed a field in an email, or you can easily embed your form in a web page.
Note: Make sure to Publish your form, and click Update after any changes you make. We also recommend that the Autoresponder, Logic Rules, Integrations, etc. - are all set up before you embed your form.
Step 2. Publish the form then click 'Share'
On the upper right corner of the screen you'll see the 'Publish' button, click on it to publish the most recent version of your form.
Then, right next to it, click 'Share'.
Step 3. Copy the embed code or send it to your developer
When you click 'Share' a pop-up window will show the options on how you can share the form.
On the right side of the Share dashboard, you'll see the embed code. Copy it and paste it on the place you wish to have your form embedded.
You can send it to a developer as well. Just copy and paste the code and send it to the developer.
Step 4. In your Content Management System, open HTML viewer
Whichever Content Management System (CMS) you use, you'll likely find an option to include an Embed code or custom HTML. Just add your MightyForms's embed code to the page builder.
