How to view Form Submissions, Reports & Analytics

Finding out how well your forms' are performing, exporting your results, learning from Form Reports and Form Analytics, can all be accessed from your form's Submissions tab.

1. Select a Form

Once you are logged into the MightyForms app, you can select an existing form from your dashboard.

Be sure that your form has been published and was made available to your respondents.

2. Go to Submissions

After you select a form, the app will open directly in the Builder tab. Select the Submissions tab.

Now you can see your form data broken down into 3 categories: Results, Reports, and Analytics. We'll detail each one, but first-

3. Set date parameters

Make sure that the data displayed is within the period of time that you want to check.

MightyForms automatically sets the period to the last 7 days, so if your form didn't get views or submissions, you may not see any data.

Select the dropdown over at Choose a period to select a date range.

You'll always be able to see the following data for the period of time you choose:

Total Views: Number of times your form has been seen.
Total Results: Number of times a new user has submitted your form.
Completion Rate: Percentage of the times that the form has been submitted after it has been viewed.
Average time to Complete: Average amount of time it took for your users to completely fill out your form.

Results

The first category of data is Results.

This is where you can see the full list of every submission (completed or abandoned) for the set period you chose.

You can select specific submission by checking the box next to it, or select all so you can Export them as a CSV, Print them as a PDF, or Delete them.

Reports

Form Reports includes useful, visual analytics and suggestions to improve form performance.

Analytics

Form Analytics is the third and last category of form data within MightyForms, where you can get analytical data about your audience.

Data such as Geo, OS, Browser, and the Source URL, can all be analyzed over at Analytics. You can use this data to create more targeted marketing campaigns, update your target audience demographics, and which referrals are bringing in the most traffic.

There's a lot you can do with your form's data. And it's nice to note that you can also receive form submissions straight to Google Sheets, and automatically get analytics with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
