How to collect payments with Paypal

Add another secure payment option to your online forms by adding a Paypal field.

Before you get started, note that for this integration you need to have an active Paypal account.

Step 1. Select your form

Login to your MightyForms dashboard, then:

Select an existing form from your dashboard
Create a new form from scratch
Select one of the Templates.

Step 2. Add the Paypal Field

On the form’s builder dashboard, you can go to the Stripe fields from the menu on the left side of the screen.

You can scroll down the list, or search for the "Paypal" field. Select it, then drag & drop it anywhere in your form.



Step 3. Add your Paypal account

Select the field to open its settings on the right.

Add your Paypal ID (usually an email) under Paypal Account:



Step 4. Add a Fixed Price or Custom donation

You can add a fixed price to your Paypal field settings.

Or add a Number field to your form, then select it in your Paypal field settings under "Custom Donation Amount".



That's it! When you are ready, you can publish, share or embed your online form.

After a respondent clicks 'Submit' they will be redirected to login to Paypal to complete the payment.
