How do I whitelist MightyForms’s emails?

Whether it's our newsletter, account information, or even notifications for form submissions, it's important to make sure that you don't miss MightyForms's emails.

Here's how you can make sure that your email service doesn't filter out MightyForms's emails into your Spam or Promotions folder.

Gmail

Prevent emails going to Spam

Go to mail.google.com and log into your account, if necessary.
Go to your Spam folder and open the email you want to move to your primary inbox.
Select "Report not spam" at the top.

Keep in mind that you might have to repeat this process a couple of times before Google will apply your preferences to all emails from that sender.

Prevent emails going to Promotion

Go to mail.google.com and log into your account, if necessary.
Go to your Promotions tab
Click and hold a MightyForms email to drag it to the Inbox folder.

You may need to inform Gmail that the change is permanent.

Check into Gmail's Helpdesk if you still notice our emails are being filtered.

Outlook

Go to login.live.com and log into your account, if necessary.
Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep.
From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the "It's not junk" link at the top.

If you've blocked someone by mistake, open your Blocked senders list and select the Remove next to their name.

Add the sender to your Safe senders list.

AOL

Log into your AOL account.
Click on “Spam Controls” in the lower right side of your inbox, and in the “Mail & Spam Controls” window that appears, click “Custom sender list,” and select “Allow email from.
Input the email address you want to whitelist and click “Save.”

Yahoo

Log into your Yahoo account.
Click on the email, or click the box next to the message to activate the checkmark.
Click the “Not Spam” button that appears at the top of your Inbox.
