When using MightyForms you have access to a growing selection of form templates that you can easily use.

To start you need to create a MightyForms account, sign up here.

  1. Select 'Create New Form'

 Go to the MightyForms app. On your dashboard, click on ‘Create New Form’.

You’ll be redirected to a new page where you can choose to:

 - Create a Form from Scratch

 - Create a Form from a Template

 - Create a Form from a PDF

 - Create a Form from another web form (in development)

2. Select ‘Choose Template’.

You’ll be redirected to our Form Templates Directory

You can choose a template based on the type of form, industry, or on the style of the form. You can also search for the kind of form you're looking for by typing in a keyword in the search bar.

You can always click on the form template to preview how it would look like. 

3. Select the template you want to use

When you see a template that you like, click ‘Use Template’.

Automatically the template will be added to your builder and to your personal theme gallery. That way it is easier to find when you want to create a new form with the same theme.

4. Personalize the form (optional)

Now, if you want to, you can edit the form however you like with your own personal touch.

You can display your form fields in multiple columns by resizing them manually.

Or customize your form's design using the Design tools:

And you can add more fields and customize their rules with the Builder tools.

5. Publish the form

You can preview how your form will look like in different devices by clicking 'Preview'. When you're sure it's exactly how you want it to look, click 'Publish'.

6. Share or Embed your form

You can share your form on social media, or send it as a URL by copying the generated link. You also have the option of using the generated code to embed your form in your website.

Simply click 'Share'.

And you'll see the Sharing and embedding options pop-up.

7. Set up Automations and Integrations (optional)

Empower your form by clicking on 'Settings' and enabling powerful Features and Integrations.
